Service Agreement

By engaging our digital services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Our services may include website design, development, digital marketing, hosting-related support, and other technology solutions as mutually agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required before project initiation
• The remaining 50% balance is payable upon project completion or before final delivery
• Any changes beyond the approved scope may incur additional charges
• Delayed payments may attract late fees as communicated in advance

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website design, source files, and approved content will be transferred to the client. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a written request for confidentiality is provided.

Support & Maintenance

Complimentary support is provided for a limited period after project delivery to address minor technical issues. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and security services are available through separate maintenance agreements.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to business losses, data loss, or third-party service interruptions.
